Three stages of the birthing process, mounted individually on bases:

1. Beginning of the birth process.

2. Crowning of the head and presentation of the birth swelling.

3. New-born child, still connected by removable umbilical cord to the placenta in the uterus. Each model can be disassembled into three parts, allowing for detailed inspection.

All 44 structures are numbered and identified on the description paper.
